It was a great experience having Rob on our side in our house search. He was very helpful, polite, quick and responsive. Being the first time home buyers we didn’t know about a lot about the long and tedious process of purchasing a house. He was very patient with us answering all our questions even though some of those had obvious answers. He also gave us a lot of tips for safe transactions. I sent him my queries at very odd times of the day like late at night or on the weekends, not really expecting an immediate response, but I got a response from him within a few minutes each time be it by email or phone text. For some personal reasons it was difficult for us to travel to the attorney office or to seller’s agent’s office for the closing. So Rob reserved an office close to where we lived to help us out and did not charge anything for that. It was a wonderful experience and we’ll surely contact Rob again if another real estate need arises.
